If you have recently received notification from AGA indicating that you’ve been selected for an audit of your last CGFM CPE cycle of 1/1/23-12/31/24, please follow the instructions below to submit your documentation.

This documentation must be submitted by December 10, 2025.

Please choose one of the options below that best fits your CPE records:

1. My CGFM

If you have taken CPEs through AGA National and have certificates of completion for other CPEs, you can access your AGA National CPEs, add supporting documentation for other CPEs and submit all of the documentation for the CPE audit under “My CGFM”.

2. Bulk CPE upload

If you have taken a large number of courses outside of AGA National and can combine your certificates in one file, or if you are submitting an employer report as supporting documentation, you can do it under “Bulk CPE upload”.

Note: completed Report Cover with the list of all CPEs completed must accompany your documentation upload.

3. Mail

If you don’t wish to submit your documentation online, you can mail it to the address below.
