Notes:

  • In-person Sponsor: registration includes Solutions Hall functions, lunch, and up to 14 CPEs per attendee.
  • Virtual Sponsor: registration includes the opportunity to earn up to 14 CPE hours, and one pre-selected breakout session per attendee.

Exhibitor Services

Standard Booth Package includes:

  • One 8’ x 10’ booth with 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape (show colors)
  • Two chairs, one wastebasket, and one ID sign (company name + booth #)
  • Carpet is required and table is not included

Shipping:

  • Advance warehouse shipments should arrive between Monday, January 19, 2026, and Friday, February 6, 2026
  • Arata Expo will continue receiving freight at the advanced warehouse through Thursday, February 12, 2026.  Freight received from Monday, February 9, 2026, through Thursday, February 12, 2026, will incur a late surcharge
  • Receiving hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm.
  • Due to the constraints of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, all shipments must be sent to the Arata Expositions, Inc. warehouse in advance. Your materials will be in your booth prior to your set up time of 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Under no circumstances should any shipment be consigned to the venue. The venue will refuse and return all such shipments direct to consignee without notification

Solutions Hall Passport:

Each attendee receives a passport card listing all participating exhibiting companies and is encouraged to visit booths to collect the required stamps/signatures. Completed Passports are entered into a prize drawing, helping drive engagement and steady foot traffic throughout the Solutions Hall.


Attendee Lists:

Pre- and post-event attendee lists (Excel) will be provided on February 5 and February 23 respectively. Each list is only for one time use and may not be harvested, sold to others or incorporated into any database. Failure to comply with this policy will affect future sponsorship participation.

Promotion:

Maximize visibility through pre-event outreach and social sharing. The official hashtag for NLT 2026 is #NLT26.
