How to Register
Online registrations only. Credit card payment is required for paid registrations. SF-182 Form/Purchase Orders are not accepted for this training event.
Members who live in the DC commuting area should register and attend in-person. Virtual registration is only for those AGA members who live outside of the DC commuting area.
Comp Registrants: Please view your registration as a valuable commitment and personal obligation. Please keep it, or responsibly relinquish it to a fellow colleague, or cancel your registration before Oct. 31, 2025. To cancel, please email meetings@agacgfm.org.
Confirmation
Attendees will receive registration confirmation through email to the email address provided during the registration process at least one week before the training.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
For all paid registrations only: Refunds, less a $50 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by Oct. 31, 2025. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No-shows are responsible for full payment.
Substitution Policy
If you have registered for TTS but are unable to attend the summit, you may designate another person to take your place. A written email request to meetings@agacgfm.org must be completed by the registrant by Oct. 31, 2025, to transfer registration to the new attendee. Please state your name in the email along with the name of your substitute. Membership status is not transferable. Additional fees may be required, depending on the substitute’s membership status.
Transfers and Substitutions – Refer to the substitution and transfer policy for information. AGA only allows transfers of registration to another person or substitution of registered attendees for registrations paid with credit card. AGA will not process transfers or substitutions until administrative fees and the difference in registration fees, if applicable, have been paid by credit card.
After Oct. 31, 2025, all paid registrations will incur an additional $50 processing fee.
