Corporate Partner Unlimited Virtual Registrations:
AGA Corporate Partners receive unlimited complimentary registrations. Please register your team online at your convenience. If the complimentary rate does not appear, feel free to contact membership@agacgfm.org for assistance.

Tabletop Details:
Each exhibitor will receive:
- One (1) 6′ skirted table
- Two (2) chairs
Pop-up displays are permitted and must not exceed 6’ wide. Displays may be placed on top of or behind your table. Locate your table by viewing the TTS 2026 Solutions Hall Floor Plan:

All forms should be submitted at least eight (8) business days prior to the event to ensure timely processing. All services are optional.
Exhibitor Notes:
- The Solutions Hall (Room 206) will be available for same-day set-up only on. Please plan to arrive no later than 8:00 am on March 17 to set up your table
- Exhibitors are welcome to attend sessions. The Solutions Hall will remain open until 4:00 p.m. for storing materials while attending sessions
- AGA is not responsible for the security of exhibits or materials. Please do not leave valuables unattended
- AGA does not coordinate or manage shipping or package handling. We strongly recommend hand-carrying all materials on the day of the event to avoid delivery delays
- If you plan to ship materials, please contact FEDEX directly for guidance

You will receive the pre-event attendee list on March 3 and the final attendee list on March 23
On-Site Solutions Hall Passport: Each attendee will receive a card in their bag that lists your company name. Attendees will visit your booth to get a stamp or signature on their card. All completed cards will be eligible to win prizes.
