Keep essential elements within the live area (at least 5/8″ from edges) to avoid loss due to binding or trimming.
Submission Guidelines
All ads must be prepared for four-color process printing. Submit ads as high-resolution PDFs with bleed and crop marks, using the recommended PDF/X-1a setting from Acrobat Distiller or InDesign.
- Acceptable file formats: High-resolution PDF, InDesign files with linked images and fonts (TrueType only—no PostScript fonts).
- Images should be TIFF or EPS files, created in Photoshop or Illustrator, and in CMYK only.
- Include a low-resolution composite PDF of the final ad for reference.

Terms & Policies
- No cancellations are accepted after insertion.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the issue release date.
- Advertisers will be billed for any costs incurred due to non-compliance with mechanical specifications.
