Typical Projects:

  • Responding to agency requests or RFIs on behalf of AGA.

Performance Improvement Committee

The committee’s work includes:

  • Advising OMB and other agencies on trends and best practices.
  • Leading studies, analyses, and events on performance management.
  • Shaping and sponsoring the AGA PIO-CFO Summit.
  • Contributing agenda input for AGA’s Professional Development Training.
  • Identifying topics, speakers, and sponsors for AGA events and research.
  • Showcasing private-sector solutions that enhance government performance.

Small Business Committee

Supports small business growth and engagement by:

  • Creating a forum to increase visibility and foster teaming opportunities.
  • Providing education to promote development and success.
  • Helping agencies identify small businesses to meet award goals.
  • Exploring partnerships with other CPAG organizations for events, sponsorships, and training.

Defense Committee

Works across all CPAG committees to strengthen collaboration between Defense, Civilian, and private sector financial management communities. The committee focuses on sharing best practices, advancing audit readiness, and increasing Defense community engagement in CPAG initiatives.
