Ms. Carla Flores is an Executive Consultant with Management Science & Innovation (MSI), where she helps Federal clients transform complex challenges into scalable solutions. Ms. Flores is a transformational leader with more than 15 years of experience in federal financial management, financial systems, accounting, financial reporting, and data analytics at various bureaus and cabinet-level agencies. Prior to joining MSI, Ms. Flores served as the Financial Systems Modernization Project Lead and CFO Data Analytics Lead at the IRS Office of the Chief Financial Officer. In her role, she led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to modernize the IRS financial systems landscape and establish the IRS CFO’s enterprise analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making. She previously held various positions at the Department of the Interior, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Program Support Center. 

Ms. Flores holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an accounting major from the University of Puerto Rico in Ponce. She is a Certified Government Financial Manager, and a Tableau Certified Data Analyst.
