She is the founder of a Virginia-based, woman-owned leadership development and coaching consultancy that provides customized facilitation, coaching, and leadership development solutions.
A Certified Government Financial Manager and ICF Associate Certified Coach, Denise specializes in Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Change Management, DiSC, Situational Leadership, and Difficult Conversations through experiential learning. Known for her engaging facilitation style and storytelling approach, she helps organizations build stronger leaders and more effective teams.
Denise holds a BA in Finance from George Mason University and an MBA from Strayer University and continues to serve the federal government part-time in budgetary and strategic planning.
