National Treasurer

Donna Sandoval brings 28 years of experience in state and local government finance. Since July 2020, she has served as City Controller, following her role as Assistant Commissioner of Administrative Services at the New Mexico State Land Office. Over the course of her career in state government, Donna has served as Chief Financial Officer for three separate state agencies.

She holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of New Mexico and an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the College of Santa Fe. Donna maintains three active certifications: Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
