Dowana Blake is the Systems Transformation Division Director within the Department of the Navy (DON) Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller), Financial Management Systems Directorate. In her current role at the Navy, she is responsible for leading end-to-end process design and user experience for the Navy’s financial management transformation efforts, including the ERP+ modernization. Dowana has more than 23 years of experience modernizing and implementing federal financial management and ERP systems for the Department of War and the Department of Homeland Security, including the Transportation Security Administration, with expertise in financial, travel, acquisition, and supply systems.
