Lieutenant Jack Nocito began his public service career in the United States Air Force with the 302nd Security Forces Squadron before earning a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management and continuing his service at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Now a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service, he serves as Acting Director for the Division of Investigative & Business Analytics (DIBA) within CMS’s Center for Program Integrity. He leads investigative analytics efforts that support fraud prevention, detection, and response activities across Medicaid and Medicare programs, including Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans.
