What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

Seeing people I’ve worked with take the next step and apply to become a CGFM candidate. It’s rewarding to help professionals advance their careers and pursue certification goals.

What’s your favorite AGA event?

PDT 2026! This was my first PDT, and it quickly became one of my favorite AGA experiences. I had so much fun meeting members I’ve spoken with regularly, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and family oriented. As a new employee, I immediately felt connected to the AGA community.

What’s your coffee order?

Dunkin iced coffee

• LIGHT ICE (you must emphasize this because they will give you so much ice)
• Oat milk
• 1 mocha swirl
• Sweet cold foam

What’s a fun fact about you that may surprise people?

I speak three languages fluently (English, Arabic and French).

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love traveling, working out, spending time with family and friends, reading, and watching movies and TV shows. My favorite book series are Harry Potter and The Hunger Games.
