Susan Betts, CGFM, CPA, served as Deputy Assistant Secretary (DAS) for Finance and Budget at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for over 24 years, where she oversaw the Office of Housing/FHA’s financial management, budget formulation and execution, and note sales. She currently works as an independent consultant. Ms. Betts holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University.
