Description

This course is for individuals who want to stay current on changing updates to the Uniform Guidance.  Participants will have an opportunity to engage in discussions on the impact of changes in the pre-award, award and post-award phases of grants management.  This course promotes sharing examples throughout the grants management lifecycle and discussing practical applications on understanding audit findings.

• Identify key updates and revisions to Uniform Guidance.
• Understand how the latest changes affect grant management and compliance.
• Address best practices for implementing effective internal control systems to be in compliance with federal awards.
• Review frequent audit findings in Single Audits and understand root causes of these findings and how they impact organizations.
• Develop proactive measures to ensure compliance and mitigate audit issues.
