Executive Committee Minutes
December 10, 2019 12:00 PM

Amanda Werre called the meeting to order. CEC Members present: Matt Fickbohm, Jake Harris, Lacey Walz, Allysen Kerr, Darcy McGuigan, Connie Hohn, Sarah Burtt, Keith Senger, and Heather Nachtigal.

Approve Agenda – The agenda was approved as presented.
Approve Minutes - Matt motioned to approve prior meeting minutes, Darcy seconded the motion, and all members present approved the minutes of the November 12, 2019 meeting. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report – The report was approved as presented. A check was written to PARS for $1,125 to match 25 Holiday Feast Boxes donated by members.
Schedule Review – Hosting a webinar on January 8th, with the possibility of including a speaker and luncheon for members.

Old Business – Nothing to report.
Directors Reports
Accountability – Steven will begin working on the State CCR after the CAFR is issued.
Certification – No report.
Communications – No Report.
Community Service – Allysen reported that we received 25 Holiday Feast Box donations from members, which was matched by AGA for a combined donation of 50 holiday meals.
Education – No Report.
Membership – No report.
Programs & Technical – No report.
Early Education – No report.

New Business
Sarah will try to re-book the February GASB webinar to the BHR room, once the 2020 room schedule is available.

PDC
The group discussed potential speaker ideas for the 2020 PDC.
• Matt & Allysen: Spoke with a potential speaker on non-statistical sampling. Reviewing further to determine if the material is what we are looking for.
• Connie: In contact with a soft-skills speaker, reviewing topics that are of interest.
• Darcy & Matt: Reaching out to speakers on GASB updates.
• Sarah: Will investigate items to purchase that were noted from last year’s PDC.
• Darcy: Will explore swag and raffle ideas.

Adjournment –The meeting adjourned at 12:46 PM.

The next meeting is to be on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Department of Legislative Audit Conference Room at 12 p.m. CST.
