Executive Committee Minutes
February 11, 2020 12:00 PM

Amanda Werre called the meeting to order. CEC Members present: Matt Fickbohm, Jake Harris, Lacey Walz, Allysen Kerr, Darcy McGuigan, Sarah Burtt, Keith Senger, and Steven Kohler.

Approve Agenda – The agenda was approved as presented.
Approve Minutes - January minutes will need to be approved during March’s meeting.
Treasurer’s Report – The report was approved as presented. Two new members resulted in $20 in revenues for the Chapter. Two new standing AGA banners were bought for $404.15.
Schedule Review – No activities to report for the month of February.
Lead! 2020 RSVP deadline is March 6th for Steven and Sarah.

Old Business – Nothing to report.

Directors Reports
Accountability – Steven reported that the CCR is waiting final approval before it is sent to National.
Certification – Lacey has reported that March is CGFM month and is requesting proclamations from the Gov’s office and from the city of Pierre.
Communications – No Report.
Community Service – Allysen reported that March 12th is an opportunity to fill bags.
Education – No Report.
Membership – No report. There may be a problem with regarding a new member that is from South Carolina.
Programs & Technical – No report.
Early Education – Emily Ward turned in her letter of resignation. Board moved to accept and approved the motion.

New Business
No New Business to report.

PDC
Speakers have been determined and will be sent contracts shortly.
Board motioned to approve the same entry rates as last year. Approved.
Amanda reported changes to the sign-up sheet.
Darcy has been placed in charge of putting together the raffle items.
Board motioned for a $500 budget for raffle items. Approved.
Board motioned to buy 150 Swag portfolios of Darcy’s choice. Approved.
Food for PDC- Taco bar will be replaced with Pasta bar.
PDC dates for 2021- April 12th and 13th.
PDC dates for 2022- April 11th and 12th.

Adjournment –The meeting adjourned at 12:56 PM.

The next meeting is to be on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Department of Legislative Audit Conference Room at 12 p.m. CST.
