Central South Dakota Chapter
Executive Committee Minutes
July 20, 2020 5:30 PM

Chapter President Sarah Wellner called the meeting to order. Other CEC Members present: Amanda Werre, Darcy McGuigan, Jacob Harris, Allysen Kerr, Steven Kohler, and Dallas Fitzgerald.

Approve Agenda – The agenda was approved as presented.
Approve Minutes - The minutes for the June & July CEC meeting will be approved at the August 11th meeting.
Treasurer’s Report – The Treasurer advised no activity occurred since our last meeting. Dallas will be added to the checking account. Darcy will submit the 990 to the IRS.

Directors Reports
All Director Plans were reviewed and updated for the 2020-2021 program year.

New Business -
a) Loyola Survey was received by AGA and CEC decided not to distribute to membership.
b) LEAD! 2020 – Steven & Sarah will be attending LEAD! 2020 virtually on August 20th
c) AGA Fundraising - Sarah motioned and Jake seconded to send $500 to AGA National for their yearly PDC Fundraiser. Motion approved. Darcy will send a check.
d) Conference Tracking – AGA is offering chapters the ability to use conference tracking software normally offered at PDC. It was discussed for our PDT, but it was decided to not use the software at this time.

Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
 

The next meeting will be Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 at Noon via Zoom.
