Central South Dakota Chapter Executive Committee Minutes June 14, 2016, 12:00 PM
 

President Amanda Werre called the meeting to order. Members present: Matthew Fickbohm, Mary Ellen Garrett, Seth Hipple, Jennifer Schrempp, Beth Leidholt, Heather Nachtigal, Sarah Burtt, and Teresa Evans.

The minutes of the May 10, 2016 meeting approved as presented.

Treasurer’s Report – The Treasurer presented the Financial Report for the month of May 2016. For the PDT in April 2016 there was a profit of $7,468.86. National reimbursed Sectional Leadership attendees: Sarah Burtt and Teresa Evans for all SLM travel related expenses.

President-elect Update – The President-elect confirmed with those present we would continue to have board meetings on the second Tuesday of the month at DLA Conference Room as this worked for everyone. The next CEC meeting is to be on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at DLA Conference Room to go over goals for the next year, which are due to National by July 15.

Accountability – Nothing to report.

Bylaws and Procedures Update – Nothing to report.

Certified Governmental Financial Manager (CGFM) – Nothing to report.

Communications – Nothing to report.

Community Service – Nothing to report.

Education – Nothing to report.

Membership – Nothing to report.
