Executive Committee Minutes

March 5, 2019 12:00 PM

Matt Fickbohm called the meeting to order. CEC Members present: Keith Senger, Allysen Kerr, Seth Hipple, Darcy McGuigan, Steven Kohler, Amanda Werre, Mary Ellen Garrett, Leah Ahartz, Heather Nachtigal, Connie Hohn, Jennifer Schrempp, and Sarah Burtt. Chapter Members present: Emily Ward

Approve Agenda – The agenda was approved as presented.

Approve Minutes -  Seth motioned to approve, Leah seconded the motion, and all members present approved the minutes of the February 12, 2019 meeting as presented. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report – There was a reimbursement of CGFM testing for our newest CGFM member and the check for the CGFM Mugs presented to all current CGFM’s.

Schedule Review – Seth and Amanda will be attending AGA LEAD in Kansas City April 25-27.

Old Business – A vote was taken over email to approve AGA/CGFM coffee mugs for all current CGFM’s to celebrate our chapters 10-year anniversary.

New Business –

PDC

• Connie moved, and Darcy seconded the motion for the approval of Nancy Campbell’s PDC contract. Motion carried.
• Amanda moved, and Steven seconded the motion for the approval of the Eide Baily PDC contract. Motion carried.
• Amanda moved, and Darcy seconded the food selection with two lunches and four breaks. Motion carried.
• Steven moved, and Keith seconded the purchase of 150 executive messenger bags with our 10yr SD AGA logo for the PDC attendee gift.  Motion carried.
• Keith moved, and Seth seconded the PDC rate schedule. Motion carried.
• Amanda moved, and Jennifer seconded the use of $500 for raffle prizes during the PDC to raise donations with an anticipated donation match from National AGA.

Directors Reports

 Accountability – The SD CCR deadline is March 31^st.   The most current version was presented to the CEC for comment.

Adjournment –The meeting adjourned at 12:55 PM.

The next meeting is to be on Tuesday April 2, 2019 at Department of Legislative Audit Conference Room at 12 p.m. CST.
