• No minutes taken at Development of Chapter Goals meeting (attached for 2021-2022)

1. IRS Form 990
   • Need to verify this has been completed

 

2. Old Business
   1. AGA Webinars
      • Continue to do majority of webinars online for now

 

1. 2. Donation to National Community Service Fund
      • We have made a $500 PDT donation in the past. Jake made a motion to make a $500 donation this again this year, second by Torin, passed with no opposition.

 

3. Directors Reports
   1. Accountability (Steven)
      • CCR has been completed; it is due October 31.

 

1. 2. Certification (Lacey)
      • CGFM six-month subscription for interested parties (per user reimbursement)
      • Need to look into testing cost. In the past, AGA chapter reimbursed half the cost after testing successfully completed).

 

• 3. Communications (Nicole)
• Need email and Facebook passwords
• Create quarterly newsletter

 

• 4. Community Service (Allysen)
• No backpack program this year. Other options discussed: Thanksgiving/Christmas donation for holiday boxes, supply drive for bedding, donation for an “X” number of bed builds.
• Jake made a motion to match PARS donations for the holiday boxes, second by Torin, passed with no opposition.

 

 

 

• 5. Education (Amanda/Tiffany)
• If anyone has suggestions for potential speakers, please contact Amanda or Tiffany)

 

• 6. Membership (Jake)
• Three new recently enrolled members.
• Contact Jake to sign up additional members.

 

• 7. Programs & Technical (Orlyn)
• Need website password.
• Update names, minutes, newsletters, Board members, events, etc. on website.
• Provide tech support as needed.

4. New Business
   1. PDC

• April 12-13, 2022, at Ramkota (contract signed & returned)
• Need to start thinking about topics/speakers for 2022
• 2023 PDC either Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs in April (Darcy will follow-up)

• Board Members have access to AGA information when logged into website
• Next meeting is October 13, 2021.
