Application closed on January 6, 2025. 

• The top three teams will be invited to Washington, D.C. for final presentations and judging February 19

• ​Airfare and hotel expenses covered (for participants residing outside of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.) Incidentals are not covered by AGA.

• ​All participants are invited to a reception the evening of February 19.

January 13, 2025 (Noon Zoom Call)

• Introduction of problem statement, data sets, open-source tools, and judges.
• Meet fellow participants and event sponsors.

January 31, 2025 at Noon

• Deadline for teams to submit their projects.

February 3-4, 2025

• Teams present their projects via Zoom.

February 5, 2025

• Top three teams announced!

February 19, 2025

• Top three teams present during the AGA National Leadership Training Event (NLT) and final judging. Teams are encouraged to attend the event for the entire day.
• Reception: All Datathon participants are invited to the NLT reception from 4:45pm - 6:30pm. Network with event attendees!
