Individual Pricing

Individuals can register and attend the webinar from any device. Individual webinars are restricted to one CPE certificate. Price is per person per webinar. Online registration only. AGA does NOT accept any purchase orders, SF-182 forms or similar email/mail registration requests. Online registration is secured by GeoTrust, Inc.

All individual registrants will receive two emails before the webinar starts whether using the group voucher code or not. The first, from AGA Webinars (no-reply@zoom.us), will include a link to access the webinar. The second, from webinars@agacgfm.org, will contains the CPE download instructions for the training.

Group Pricing

Group registration options are available to those who would like to attend together in one location. Group options are not available for members-only webinars.

Zoom Webinar Platform 

AGA partners with Zoom Webinar to bring all of our webinars to your home/office. Please make sure that you are able to connect via Zoom to attend the webinars. Google Chrome is reccomended, however, you may use Firefox, Safari, Edge or Internet Explorer.

 

CPE Credit & Collection

Paid webinars offer two (2) CPEs for participants who attend the entire training. Members-only free webinars offer one (1) CPE for participants who attend the entire training. Both paid and free webinars employ an attendance monitoring system. Below outlines these monitoring guidelines.

Please note: CPE certificates will not be available to download until full payment is received. All participants must attend the webinar in its entirety in order to receive CPE credits. Partial credits will NOT be issued.

CPE Tracking Process

Delivery Method: Group Internet-Based

AGA adheres to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) standards for CPE programs, which requires an attendance verification process for all events. Please follow the steps below for your CPE credits.

During virtual sessions, you will be required to click on a series of alertness checks that appear at random times. When these alertness check boxes appear, you will have a short period of time to click on the “Continue Viewing” button. To receive CPE credit, you must pass a number of alertness checks, see below.   

Free Members Only Webinars: 1.5 CPE credit = passing 5 alertness checks 
Paid Webinars: 2 CPE credit = passing 6 alertness checks

• Participants who successfully complete this process will receive an email within five (5) business days stating their CPE certificate is ready to be downloaded. 

NOTE: You must be able to view the Zoom screen to confirm your participation with the CPE Alertness Checks. 

Announcing the alertness checks to fellow attendees in the chat box is against NASBA policy and you may be ineligible to earn the CPE credits for the webinar. 

CGFM CPE Requirements and NASBA Certification

CPE hours earned during webinars can be used to fulfill CGFM CPE requirements. To learn more about the CGFM certification, contact AGA's Office of Professional Certification.

AGA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org. National Registry of CPE Sponsor ID: 104201

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received by the Friday before the webinar for both group and individual registrants. A $25 dollar processing fee will apply. No-shows are responsible for full payment.

Substitutions for another event in the same program year may be made at no additional charge. All requests must be made by email to webinars@agacgfm.org.
