CGFM Scholarship

Must be a member in good standing for one year with the Dover Capital AGA Chapter.
The scholarship funds will be for CGFM exam fees that were paid during the AGA year.
The scholarship of $75 each will be awarded to the first four people who submit a completed application with proof they passed the exam. If there are less than four applicants each year, then the award will be split by the number of applicants (i.e., three applicants would receive $100 each; two applicants would receive $150 each; and one applicant would receive the entire $300 unless their request is under that amount). A completed application must be received along with an original copy of their exam score and an original receipt for payment. Included in the application will be a certification that the applicant will not be or has not been reimbursed by their employer or any other office for same requested reimbursement.
The total amount available to be given out each calendar year will be $300 ($75 will be given out to four Dover Capital AGA members or refer to Section 3 if less than four applicants). The scholarship program for the Chapter will begin January 2005.
The application for the scholarship will be awarded at the May AGA luncheon each year. Applications should be sent to the CGFM Chair. Members may apply for a scholarship more than once but can only receive the scholarship one time.
