Who We Are

The Northern Virginia Chapter of AGA (NOVAGA) was chartered on June 1, 1968 and includes over 1,000 professionals in the government financial management community. The NOVAGA chapter is primarily composed of members from Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and other surrounding Northern Virginia cities.

What We Do

NOVAGA supports the Association’s Core Values of Service, Accountability, Integrity, and Leadership. We serve our members by providing continuing education and professional networking meetings. We promote accountability and integrity by ensuring transparency of our association as well as networking with other organizations.
