Tracy Holl - President

Tracy Holl served as a board member for AGA in 2022-2023 and will be serving as Chapter President for 2023-2024. Tracy is an Auditor at the Office of Internal Audit within Hamilton County Government. She has a B.S. in Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and Accounting. Her previous work experience includes working as a Financial Analyst for the US Army Corps of Engineers, and then she worked as a Budget Analyst for US Africa Command in Germany. She also took time off from her career to be at home with her 3 young daughters. She is excited to have rejoined the workforce and to be part of AGA. While not working, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, and especially spending time with her family and friends.

Chris Brown - NCC Rep

Chris Brown is an outgoing professional specializing in city government administration for the past 15 years. He also provides advisory services to local government agencies and programming entities for the greater Chattanooga area. In 2014, Mr. Brown was appointed as Executive Assistant to the Administrator for the City of Chattanooga Department of Youth and Family Development. He oversaw the day to day operations of the administrative office that provided strategic planning in youth and family sustainability.  In 2017, Mr. Brown was promoted to Management and Budget Analyst with the City of Chattanooga Department of Finance and Administration. He oversaw the preparation of the city-wide budget, monitoring and oversight of department budgets and expenditures as well as compliance with rules and regulations.  In 2022, Mr. Brown was appointed, Director of Community Centers for the Department of Community Development.  Under his leadership, he provides strategic direction and oversight of the City's community centers.

Simone White - Treasurer

Simone has over 30 years of experience in Finance, Management, & Budget with the City of Chattanooga. During 2022, she was promoted/appointed by Police Chief Murphy to the Director of Finance, Facilities, & Fleet in the Police Department. Prior to her move to the Police Department in 2019 she worked as a senior staff member in Management & Budget for 25 years. Prior to joining the City, she was a Business Analyst for the City of Charleston (South Carolina). Simone is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a reviewer for the GFOA’s Distinguished Budget Awards Program. Simone has been a member with AGA for 25+ years. Her first appointment was Editor of the chapter’s award winning newsletter “The Chatter”. During her career in AGA she has served twice as chapter President and President-Elect, as well as served in the organization as Board Member, Newsletter Editor, Membership Chair, Secretary, and NCC Chair.

Other Community Involvements include Girl Scouts and her beloved sorority Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.

Holly Wormsley - Secretary 

Holly Wormsley is currently serving as secretary for the AGA Chattanooga Chapter.  She was the President for AGA during the 2017-2018 campaign and the chapter NCC Rep during 2021-2023.  She has been a member of AGA and a board member since 2012.  She has served on the board as the scholarship chair and historian.  As scholarship chair, she has coordinated sending the scholarship application to various universities and collecting all application information.  As historian, she is charged with documenting all the activities of the chapter for the year.  She has served in many capacities over the years as a member of the board.  Holly graduated from UTC with a Bachelor of Science-dual major in accounting and finance in May 2005.  Upon graduation, she worked for a public accounting firm from 2005-2012.  In 2012, she began her employment with Hamilton County where she continues to work today.  While not working, she enjoys spending time with her son Caleb, her family, and friends.

Taylor Weaver - Board Member

Taylor Weaver is the Finance Coordinator for Cempa Community Care, a large non-profit community health clinic located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. She has worked at Cempa for over seven years where she has become well versed in many departments. Her day-to-day duties include accounts receivable, grants management and account reconciliations. She is finishing up her final year as an Accounting student at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. While not working or in school, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and traveling. 

Kendra Yates - Board Member

Kendra Yates was hired with the City of Chattanooga February 2017 as a Management & Budget Analyst. Prior to joining the city she was a Branch Manager for Enterprise, and did Financial Reconciliation for JPMorgan Chase. Her areas of responsibility for the City include Transportation, Economic and Community Development, Finance,  Capital Planning, Capital Project Budget, and forecasting of City-wide Expenditures. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas currently obtaining her masters in Business Administration. Kendra is originally from Dallas Texas, has a loving husband (Reginald), and 3 beautiful children (Kyra, Kaylee, and Reginald II).

Juan Camargo - Board Member 


Juan Camargo is the Director of Finance at Cempa Community Care.  He holds an associate’s degree from Chattanooga State Community College in Accounting, and a bachelor’s degree from Bryan College in Business Management.  At Cempa, he manages the day-to-day financial operations, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger accounting, audit support, fraud prevention and detection, and occasional package delivery.  When he is not in the office, he can be found hiking and photographing the picturesque areas around Chattanooga. 

Jasmine McCowan - Board Member

Jasmine became a board member for the AGA Chattanooga chapter in July of 2022. She graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She also has a Master’s of Business Education with an emphasis in Training and Development from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Jasmine has worked in the accounting field for over 15 years. When not working, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog.

Jackson Rogers - Board Member

Jackson graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in 2020 with a Bachelor's in Accounting. He joined the City of Chattanooga's Accounting department in January of 2022 and the AGA board in the spring of 2023. When he's not in the office, Jackson enjoys cooking, gardening, playing music, and spending time with family and friends
