• AGA/ASMC April 18 PDT:
  • Discussed early arrival volunteers:  Jana S., Jackie H., and Jene P.
  • Jackie said House of Blues was reserved and Michael would send a reminder through Eventbrite for it and the training.  
• Jana S. polled leadership for shortening recurring meetings to ½ hour; everyone was in agreement.
• Jana S. discussed the Board membership and thoughts on combining some of the positions.  Asked everyone to review the Chapter Bylaws for changes that can be made.  Jana S. will put together what we know for the next program year and the leadership will discuss at the next regular meeting.
• Upcoming events:
  • Chapter doesn’t have any scheduled upcoming events.
  • Late summer picnic was briefly discussed that we need to start the planning now and lock down a site.
  • Group discussed having a social at a brewpub or the Punch Bowl.  A brewpub was listed high on the member survey.
