Each year, the Cleveland Chapters of the AGA and the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) sponsor a Professional Development Training (PDT) event which brings together accounting and financial management professionals in Northeast Ohio.
This year, the event will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland Downtown - Lakeside, 1111 Lakeside Avenue E, Cleveland, OH 44114. Registration begins at 7:15am. The PDT begins at 8:00 am and will conclude at 4:00 pm.
Topics generally include auditing, ethics, business and organizational management, leadership, communications, finance, information technology, and current trends or issues in the field of financial management. This event will provide 7 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) units and/or 7 Continuing Education and Training (CET) units. The agenda for the 2024 PDI is currently under development. It will be posted once finalized.
Registration
Before registering, DFAS employees must self-nominate through your chain of command self nomination process; NASA employees must submit an external training request, SF-182, through SATERN. After your request is approved, register here.

For individual payments contact the ASMC Cleveland Chapter Treasurer Alexander Kearney via email, alexander.j.kearney2.civ@mail.mil Arrangements for a bulk payment (i.e., pay for multiple attendees at once) can also be made through the POC.
