- The board reviewed the provided list of AGA members elected/asked to serve for the program year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021.

DISCUSSION
- April 10 Meeting Minutes: No revisions/comments received; minutes will be considered final.
- Spent the first half of the meeting time talking about the COVID-19 restrictions, how people are coping, and comparing notes on teleworking.
- AGA May 13 Webinars: Based on prior survey and vote by the Board, Michael would see about purchasing the upcoming webinar. Jackie said she would be the site coordinator again
- AGA Member Email: Discussed items for a member email, to include, the AGA webinar, online AGA CGFM study guides.
- PY 20-21 Recognition Program: Jana asked John and others to review the information online for the upcoming PY 20-21 recognition program. It is quite a bit different than last year. This led to a discussion of Lead!2020. Jana said she would send a message to Louise asking about the upcoming event because of the concern on the revamped recognition program and suggested that we need to ensure that Tonya, our incoming President-Elect begins reviewing the information.
