Meeting Notes:
- FY19-20 Leadership Board: The Board was distributed and has been sent to AGA National. Board meetings will continue as currently scheduled. FY19-20 Board Members:

- Program Goals & Evaluation: Jana S. sent last year’s Program Goals and Evaluation to John K. John will make revisions.
- Meet & Greet for Board: The Board identified July 18th for a possible meet and greet, but will need to determine a place. Several sites were mentioned, Punch Bowl, Great Lakes Brewery,
- Chapter Bylaws and Chapter Policies and Procedures: Jana S. sent the draft Chapter Bylaws out. After reviewing the Chapter policies and procedures, Jana indicated that she didn’t feel they were needed and the Chapter should continue to use the Bylaws to set these. She asked the Board to consider this when reviewing. Jackie H.-C. brought up changing the term of office to up to 2 years since we have several Board members continuing in their same capacity.
- Picnic Committee: Jana S. asked if any Board members were interested in being on the Picnic Committee. Jana S. will provide names to Lou Ockunzzi.
- Charity donations: Board voted and approved a $100 donation to Empowering Epilepsy. AGA has invited members to attend an Indians game July 14th to also support the charity. Jana S. will send a reminder about a game in a member email.
- April 2019 PDT web updates: Jana S. provided PDF files and pictures to the Board for review and posting to the Cleveland Chapter webpage. Will send a reminder to ASMC for the missing pictures from the smaller conference room.
- Other:
- Michael H. brought up that the website is changing and a members’ only access area will be available. This may be a good place for sharing information and pictures.
- Jackie H. reminded everyone about the PDT bumper sticker event and urged us to check on an appropriate sticker. She thought maybe something from Glenn Research Center, Rock and Rock Hall of Fame or others.
- John K. said he would check with a few AGA members about being the Webmaster or CCR Director.
