AGA Leadership Meeting Minutes

September 21, 2018 (Moved up from 9/28 due to the OFIC Career Fest)

Agenda Items:

• Last year’s Chapter evaluation: Jackie has completed, need to review and send.

• AGA event buttons: Jana to send a message about the competition out to the members and mentioned the email with the requirements for using the AGA Chapter logo.

• Upcoming information events:

  • OFIC Career Fest volunteers – Jana, Jackie, Annette

• Spring 2019 PDT: Initial planning attendees were sent to ASMC for inclusion in meetings. ASMC is beginning a search for a new venue and has the information Michael H. had put together last year.

• Fall volunteer events:

  • Jana signed up for the St Jude Walk/Run and will send a reminder about the event to members. Also asked that if anyone has a similar event they’re interested in to let others know.

  • Discussed holding a fall/winter CPE event. Michael has a contact from the Century Federal Credit Union who has offered a presentation and will follow-up with him. He thinks they may have a place to meet. Timeframes would be mid-November at the earliest.
