The objective of the Achievements in Chapter Excellence (ACE) Awards is to support, encourage and promote AGA's mission, and to provide flexible guidelines to help the development of a well-rounded chapter.
The Chapter would like to thank our members, our volunteers and our Chapter Executive Committee. We could not have done any of this without you!
The award was presented in-person this year at the 2022 AGA PDT in Anaheim, CA during the Chapter Awards Breakfast. The lovely Evelyn Stallings accepted the award on the Chapters behalf. The Virginia Peninsula Chapter has earned Platinum Level Status every year (except 2020) since 2006. This is the 16th year for our chapter to receive this top honor!!

What is the Chapter Recognition Program?
The Chapter Recognition Program (CRP) is a framework for chapters, that if followed, can result in a well-rounded chapter program each year. This non-competitive program consists of eight areas: Chapter Leadership, Education, Certification, Communications, Membership/Early Careers, Accountability, Community Service and Awards. Credits for various activities in each category are entered quarterly into an online reporting system by a chapter representative, typically the Chapter President-Elect. Chapters that meet and exceed their goals are recognized each year at AGA’s annual PDT.
