The chapter kicked off it's 60th year August 20th with Greg Patrick, Budget Director for the City of Norfolk, discussing the many challenges of municipal budgeting during the COVID pandemic.  Over 40 people enjoyed watching our first ever virtual meeting from their homes or offices.
