Our CEC Education Chair Cecelia Smith is being honored with AGA's National Author Award in recognition of her article I Know What It's Like to Feel Invisible, which appeared in the Fall 2022 edition of AGA's flagship publication, the Journal of Government Financial Management. This honors what the Journal editorial board deemed as the article that "made the most significant contribution to the literature of the profession during the preceding program year". 

The award will be presented to Cecelia at the 2023 AGA National PDT in Orlando, FL.
