How can I register for the training? How much does it cost?

Can I record sessions?
To protect the confidential, proprietary or personal information and personal images or voices at all AGA training events, AGA prohibits the unauthorized or secret recording use of any device to capture images or voices, regardless of whether in person, by telephone or by other means, such as videoconferencing, i.e. Facebook Live, screen shots, chat or in writing of that is not approved by AGA.
How do I register someone else for the training?
If you are the card holder, you can register the participant via email/mail by clicking on the “Register by Email/Mail” to download the form, fill it out with participant’s information and email it to meetings@agacgfm.org. If you choose to register the participant online, you must have an account with AGA. If the participant is not a member of AGA but attended previous AGA trainings, they have an account with AGA.
If you do not have an account, create an account for yourself. Shortly after creating an account, you will recieve an AGA username and password, use these credentials to log in. Navigate to register “Someone Else” to search for the participant’s name to proceed with registration.
Can I register to attend just the Solutions Hall?
AGA does not offer a Solutions Hall-only registration.
How will I know AGA has received my registration form?
If the registration was processed online, the credit card holder will receive a receipt and confirmation via email. The participant will receive only the confirmation email.
If you register via email/mail, the credit card holder will receive a receipt via email. The participant will only receive the confirmation. In addition, one week prior to the start of the training all registered participants will receive a confirmation email containing training logistics.
If you do not receive confirmation two weeks prior to the training, contact your training coordinator then email meetings@agacgfm.org, for further explaination.
How can I get a receipt for my registration?
If your registration was completed online, you should have received the confirmation email for the registration. If your registration was completed via email/mail, the receipt was emailed to the credit card holder. Please contact the credit card holder for the receipt. Should you need further assistance, please contact meetings@agacgfm.org.
If I am unable to attend the training, can I send someone in my place?
In-Person Attendee Substitutions: If you are registered to attend the training in person and cannot make it, you may designate another person to take your place. Complete a registration form for the new attendee and email it to meetings@agacgfm.org by Sept. 17, 2025, at 5 p.m. ET. Please indicate the name of the person to be replaced in the payment section.
After Sept. 17, all requests will incur an additional $100 processing fee. AGA membership status is not transferable; additional fees may be required based on the replacement’s membership status.
Virtual Attendee Substitutions: If you are registered to attend the training virtually and cannot make it, you may designate another person to take your place. Submit a written request to meetings@agacgfm.org by Sept. 17, 2025, at 5 p.m. ET.
After Sept. 17, all requests will incur an additional $100 processing fee. AGA membership status is not transferrable; additional fees may be required based on the replacement’s membership status.
Changing From In-Person to Virtual Attendance: If you cannot attend the training in-person, you may switch to virtual participation at no cost until Sept. 17, 2025, at 5 p.m. ET. Submit your request to meetings@agacgfm.org; phone calls will not be accepted.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my registration?
Refunds, less a $100 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by Sept. 12, 2025. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No-shows are responsible for full payment.
