Registration Confirmations
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Please check your junk and spam folders if you did not receive this email. You can also verify your attendance by logging into My AGA and selecting “My Upcoming Events.”
You will receive a second email with detailed information before the training. If you are registered to attend in person, you will receive this email approximately two weeks before the event. If you are registered to attend virtually, you will receive this email approximately one week before the event.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds, less a $100 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by Feb. 7, 2025. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No-shows are responsible for full payment.
Substitution Policy
In-Person Attendee Substitutions: If you are registered to attend the training in person and cannot make it, you may designate another person to take your place. Complete a registration form for the new attendee and email it to meetings@agacgfm.org by Feb. 7, 2025, at 5 p.m. ET. Please indicate the name of the person to be replaced in the payment section.
After Feb. 7, all requests will incur an additional $100 processing fee. AGA membership status is not transferable; additional fees may be required based on the replacement’s membership status.

Methods of Attendance
AGA's 2025 National Leadership Training offers in-person OR virtual registration. We do not accommodate one day or split registrations to attend one day in-person and one day virtually.
