Hotel Room Reservations

Hotel Rate: $217 government per diem rate plus $2.50 city tax per night, 7% hotel tax per night and 9.25 % state tax per night (9.75% state tax per night starting 2/1/25) (subject to change).

  • Please note that you must be registered for PDT 2025 before making your hotel reservation. The registration confirmation email includes a link for your hotel reservation.
  • Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a valid credit card.  If you are unable to honor your reservation with the hotel, please cancel by May 31, 2025.  Cancellations made after May 31, 2025 will result in a one-night room and tax cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.  This cancellation policy is non-negotiable and will supersede any cancellation policy received from Gaylord.  
  • AGA has the right to cancel your room if you are not registered for PDT 2025.

RESORT FEES:  A resort fee is waived, including the following:

  • Daily shuttle service to Opry Mills and The Inn at Opryland for 2 guests.
  • Daily transportation to Gaylord Springs Golf Links, practice range access and daily bucket of balls for 2 guests (rental club provided; appropriate attire required).
  • Daily Resort Wide Internet Access to include: Enhanced in-room wireless Internet Access and Basic Wireless Internet Access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a Shared Network.
  • Daily Sunrise Yoga Meditation

Attire & Weather

Smart casual attire is appropriate for all training activities. Because training room temperatures vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. Nashville's average high temperature in July is 90°F and the average low is 70°F.
