  • Important note about resort fee:  Resort fee is waived for AGA group rate.  However, your room reservation will include daily resort fee charge when you make your reservation.  Please note that this fee will be taken out from your reservation upon check-in unless you want to keep it.

  • Cancellation Note: All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a valid credit card.  If you are unable to honor your reservation with the hotel, please cancel by May 31, 2023.  Cancellations made after May 31, 2023 will result in a one-night room and tax cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.  This cancellation policy is non-negotiable and will supersede any cancellation policy received from Marriott.  
  • AGA has the right to cancel your room if you are not registered for PDT 2023.

Smart casual attire is appropriate for all training activities. Because training room temperatures vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. Orlando’s average high temperature in July is 91°F and the average low is 58°F.
