Registration
Virtual attendee registration includes:
- the opportunity to earn up to 14 CPE hours
- a choice between pre-selected concurrent breakout sessions
- access to all session recordings
How to Register
Payment must accompany registration. Training registration will not be processed until full payment or a copy of the purchase order (PO) is received. Only U.S. dollars are accepted. To be valid, POs issued must be paid before the registration cancellation date. Phone or fax registrations are not accepted.
AGA Federal Tax ID: 53-0217158. CPE certificates will not be issued until full payment is received.

Group registration process
AGA can create a group invoice for 10 or more event participants to allow one registration payment for the group by credit card, PO/SF-182, ACH or check.
AGA handles government group registrations as follows:
- Government organizations must download and fill out the Group Registration spreadsheet, listing attendees’ information, and email it to meetings@agacgfm.org

- The Meetings Department will confirm the total payment amount for the group registration based on the registrants’ AGA membership status.
- To pay by PO/SF-182 or check, email meetings@agacgfm.org and attach a copy of the PO/SF-182 that shows the confirmed total group payment amount. AGA will submit the invoice according to the billing instructions on the PO/SF-182. AGA will copy the individual who requested group registration on all communications.
- AGA will not process group registrations until receipt of PO/SF-182 or check number.
- If a group submits credit card payment for group registration, AGA will phone the credit card holder for processing.
- AGA does not accept group registration requests by phone, U.S. mail or fax.
Group Transfer & Refund Policy
Transfers and Substitutions – Refer to the substitution and transfer policy for information. AGA only allows transfers of registration to another person or substitution of registered attendees for registrations paid with credit card. AGA will not process transfers or substitutions until administrative fees and the difference in registration fees, if applicable, have been paid by credit card.
Refunds – AGA permits no refunds of PO/SF-182 payments.
Cancellations – AGA does not allow cancellations of registrations submitted with a PO/SF-182.
Registration Confirmations
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Please check your junk and spam folders if you did not receive this email. You can also verify your attendance by logging into My AGA and selecting “My Upcoming Events.”
You will receive a second email with detailed information before the training. You will receive this email approximately one week before the event.

Attendee Conduct Policy
AGA is dedicated to providing a safe, hospitable, productive environment for everyone attending our events, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender or sexual orientation. It is important to remember that a community in which people feel unsafe or threatened is neither healthy nor productive. AGA prohibits intimidating, threatening, or harassing conduct during our training events. This policy applies to speakers, staff, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, and attendees. PDT participants found to have violated this policy may be sanctioned, including being removed from the PDT and barred from future events, at the discretion of AGA.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds, less a $100 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by July 11, 2025. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No-shows are responsible for full payment.
If AGA cancels or reorganizes an Event (e.g., shifting from an in-person format to virtual), attendees will be provided a substantially equivalent opportunity to participate in the reorganized, or another AGA event or offering.
Substitution Policy
Attendee Substitutions: If you are registered to attend the training and cannot make it, you may designate another person to take your place. Submit a written request to meetings@agacgfm.org by July 18, 2025, at 5 p.m. ET.
After July 18, all requests will incur an additional $100 processing fee. AGA membership status is not transferrable; additional fees may be required based on the replacement’s membership status.
