New This Year: Anyone Can Review for AGA's Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting (CEAR)!

Learn how agencies are spending your taxpayer dollars by reading and critiquing their Agency Financial Report (AFR) or Performance and Accountability Report (PAR). AGA's Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting (CEAR)^® program has been helping federal agencies improve their PARs or AFRs since 1997. The detailed critiques and recommendations included in the CEAR program reviews have proven to be a significant factor in the steady improvement of these reports.

So what is new this year? We are offering virtual review team meetings and CEAR Reviewer training. You can earn up to four free CPEs from the team meeting and the reviewer training. This means you don't have to be within driving distance of the DC metro area to participate as a reviewer! Reviewer training takes place in December 2019, so don’t miss out on this opportunity.
