Goal/Objective: Identify which programs deliver the highest return on investment in terms of societal benefit.
Executive Compensation Among Federal Grant Recipients
Challenge: Understanding and comparing executive compensation trends among organizations receiving Federal grants, while accounting for variables such as fiscal year, locality, and other influencing factors. This includes addressing disparities in compensation based on factors like the size of the grant, the agency providing it, and external benchmarks.
Goal/Objective: To develop standardized methods for analyzing executive compensation across Federal grant recipients, explore trends, identify outliers, and make recommendations for forecasting future compensation trends. This includes comparing grant recipients' compensation to non-grant organizations and assessing the impact of grant funding on executive pay.
