- Sponsor in-person registration includes all functions held in the Solutions Hall, Lunch and up to 24 CPEs per attendee.
Hotel Information
- Hotel rate: Government rate of $217 government per diem plus $2.50 city tax, 7% hotel tax and 9.25% state tax per night (9.75% state tax per night starting 2/1/25) (subject to change).
- Important Note: You and your participants need to be registered first for PDT25 in order to receive the hotel reservation link. All participants will receive the hotel reservation link after registering for PDT25.
- AGA has the right to cancel your room if you are not registered for PDT 2025.

Bag Stuffers (Sponsors only)
- Each company is limited to one (1) item per bag, unless AGA authorized an additional bag stuffer item.
- All giveaway items and/or bag stuffers (except for company literature) must be approved by AGA. Please contract mcordova@agacgfm.org to confirm your items and # of boxes.
- There is no exclusivity on giveaway items, except for notebooks and bags which are exclusive to AGA.
- To be sure there are enough for each attendee, please plan to provide 1,200 copies/pieces.
- Bag stuffers/sponsor giveaways must arrive at the AGA National Office between June 16—27, 2025 . Bag stuffers shipped after June 27th will not be included in attendee bags, no exceptions!
- Please ship to AGA, Attention: AGA PDT 2025 Bag Stuffer/Company name, 2208 Mount Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22301. You are responsible in confirming delivery of your bag stuffers with our office.

On-site Booth Furnishing (Exhibitors only)
- 10’ x 10’ booth space with 8' high backdrop and 3' high side drape in show colors. Includes two chairs, one wastebasket and one ID sign with company name and booth number. View the floorplan here
- You will receive and email from Patrick Thurston -pthurston@arataexpo.com with instructions and your unique login to access the exhibitor service manual online. Don't forget to order before June 28 to take advantage of the discounted price.

Receiving deadline for advanced freight is July 18, 2025. Arata will continue receiving freight at the advanced warehouse through July 22, 2025. Freight received from July 19 through July 22 will incur a late surcharge. Warehouse will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025. Receiving hours are 9:00am - 3:00pm Monday-Friday.

Email: Use the pre-event registration mailing list to send a promotional email to attendees. The pre-event registration mailing list is provided as an Excel spreadsheet and will be sent July 3.
Use incentives: Use incentives: Consider offering an incentive to draw people to your booth, and run promotions through social media or email to let attendees know to visit your booth.
Onsite Solutions Hall Passport: Each attendee will receive a card in their bag that lists your company name. Attendees will visit your booth to get a stamp or signature on their card. All completed cards will be eligible to win prizes.
