Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual Student Night - Federal Career Playbook on 28 October 2021! We had 33 people attend the event, including professors, a Business School Dean and many students! Many thanks to our panel of accountability professionals who spoke about the government accountability profession, and provided information on the generous benefits of being a federal employee.

From now until November 30th, if candidates take any CGFM exam, they can receive a voucher for a FREE exam — a savings of $125! Make sure they do not miss this fantastic opportunity to save money while reaching their CGFM goal! The AGA VA Peninsula Chapter would like to issue congratulations to two of our members! 

Chapter Treasurer Tifney Sullivan-Frey (now Mercado) recently got married in September, and Chapter Member Karen Webb, CGFM, was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President at Towne Bank.
