Ann Thayer
The Mid-Ohio Valley Chapter nominates Ann Thayer, Education Chairperson, for our 2022 Volunteer of the Year. Ann Thayer plays an integral role in the chapter by advertising, annually, forty hours of continuing education, not only to the Mid-Ohio Valley membership, but also to an audience of approximately 800 people. Ann quickly volunteers to organize chapter events that include Professional Development Trainings, Seminars, Lunch and Learn sessions and promotes training that is offered by AGA National. Ann is a well-known member of the chapter by colleagues, community members, and other financial sector professionals for her ability to answer questions quickly, register attendees quickly, and for her ability to resolve technical difficulties. Her dedication to her role as Education Chairperson is admired and appreciated. Without Ann, our membership would not have as many opportunities for educational credits. She serves the community and AGA family by working tirelessly to deliver good products and does so with a humble, kind, and professional spirit. She is so deserving of this recognition, and we are honored to recognize her with this designation.
