Claudia Ohar
Claudia resurrected excitement in the CGFM program since becoming our AGA VA Peninsula Chapter Director of Certification in 2021. Our chapter hadn’t had a new CGFM in years before her arrival, and since Claudia began leading study groups in 2022, we have had at least nine! In 2023, she moved across the country and despite a three time zone difference and the demands of being a working mom, she has continued to support candidates, run the study group, and serve on our chapter executive committee. This year, as in pasts when she lived locally, she ensured study groups ran for each of the three CGFM exams. Claudia has given the VA Peninsula Chapter notice that she has found a new local AGA chapter and we wish her well and can’t wait to see her work her magic with them as their Chapter president-elect.
