Sponsor and Exhibit Rules & Payment

The sponsor and/or exhibiting company agrees to pay the published fee once the application has been submitted and accepted by AGA. Invoices will be generated and sent to the principal contact via e-mail. Payment is requested within 30 days. Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to signing up for future training activities.

See below for cancellation cut-off dates by training event. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to meetings@agacgfm.org.

2025 Professional Development Training (PDT) 

Sponsors/exhibitors canceling booth space on or before Jan. 31, 2025 will be charged a processing fee of $500. If notice of cancellation is given between Jan. 31 and May 1, 2025, sponsors/exhibitors will be responsible for 50 percent of the total booth fee. Sponsors/exhibitors canceling space after May 1, 2025 are responsible for the total fee of the sponsorship or exhibit space reserved.

2025 Internal Controls and Fraud Prevention Training (FRAUD) 

Sponsors /exhibitors canceling their participation on or before July 25, 2025 will be charged a processing fee of $500. If notice of cancellation is given between July 26, 2025 and August 31, 2025, Sponsors/exhibitors will be responsible for 50 percent of the total booth fee. Sponsors /exhibitors canceling their participation after Aug. 31, 2025 are responsible for the total fee of the sposorship or exhibit space reserved.

2025 National Leadership Training (NLT)  

Sponsors/exhibitors canceling their participation on or before Nov. 30, 2023 will be charged a processing fee of $500. If notice of cancellation is given between Nov. 15, 2024 and Jan. 15, 2025, sponsors/exhibitors will be responsible for 50 percent of the total fee. Sponsor/exhibitors canceling space after Jan.15, 2025 are responsible for the total fee of the sponsorship or exhibit space reserved.

Other 2025 Events:  Performance Counts Summit, ERM Workshop, Technology & Transformation Summit

Sponsors canceling their participation prior to one month of the event will be charged a processing fee of $500. If notice of cancellation is given within one month of the event, sponsors are responsible for the total fee of the sponsorhip.
