Group Registration Options & Pricing

How Group Participation Works:

Designate one person to register as your site coordinator. This person will receive all communications about the webinar from AGA.
Each registered site coordinator will receive a voucher code and instructions to send up to 30 individuals to register at no additional cost.
Individuals using the group's voucher code to register will receive their own access link to attend the webinar from their own home/office. In addition, individuals will receive a CPE notification within five business days to download their CPE certificate from their AGA account.
Site coordinators can view voucher code status to see who have used the voucher code and how many lines are left.

Groups Have The Following Registration Options:

Group registration for one to three webinars per group.
Group registration for four or more webinars per group.
Groups can order additional set of 30 lines for the same price that was purchased per webinar.

The registration fee is per group (for up to 30 lines), not per person.

Site Coordinators

Each location requires a designated on-site coordinator, who is the only person registered for the webinar(s) on behalf of the group. The site coordinator will receive all communication about the webinar from AGA.

Site coordinator duties include:

communicating webinar information and distributing any materials to all participants.
planning ahead and ensuring beforehand individuals (up to 30) are pre-registered before voucher code and detailed instructions are sent.
manage the voucher code status seats.

How to register

Registering for One to Three Webinars per Group

The fees for groups registering for one, two or three webinars per group (up to 30 lines) are:

Online: $349
Email/Mail: $375

Registering for More Than Four Webinars per Group

Package discounts are available to groups hosting four or more webinars. Just complete the form below! Discounts are taken off the email/mail rate of $375.

Purchase 4–7 webinars and save 10% ($337 each)
Purchase 8–12 webinars and save 25% ($281 each)
